Pertama-tama adalah menyiapkan gambar/klise / film yang akan di sablon. setelah itu siapkan scren yang telah diolesi obat pembuat cetakan. Setelah itu letakan film tersebut diatas permukaan papan cetakan ( screen ) .Tindih dengan kaca polos dan setelah itu , jemur agar terkena sinar matahari kira-2 3-4 menit. Setelah itu siram papan cetakan dengan air dan semprot bagian gambar yang telah ditransfer pd papan cetakan agar hasil menjadi tajam. setelah itu dikeringkan dan papan cetakan siap untuk di gunakan http://wilyinfoindonesia.blogspot.com
